

For the last month, females have been discussing their weight problems with me like i'm one of their homegirls or like i'm just some type of dietary technician. Im neither one of them but i'm somewhat of a fitness guru. These females have come to me in a variety of sizes: fat medium and skinny. Even though they may not weigh the same, they all wish to achieve a common goal, the perfect body(whatever that is). To achieve this weight there are a variety of factors to examine. First is diet, If you're not eating right and drinking enough water, you'll be unsatisfied until you correct it. secondly is exercise and adequate sleep. Without exercise, muscles atropy or become weak. Then if you dont receive enough sleep, stress builds and converts to fat(especially in women.)Finally, DONT STARVE YOURSELF!!! You have to eat or else the body mass you do have will convert to fat! So the bottom line is overall health is needed to achieve this perfect body. If you need more advice please comment
I only see one thing that stops women from getting to there ideal size and it's the common life styles, since they haven't started out looking to keep there body the way they want it it's not really something they prob. want to get into on there own. By personal experience I have female friends who work out daily and they can't complain..It's a big change in a females life and it takes determination deff. with the girls of this generation..Talking about the goal is only a couple steps away from it.
